What Is This?

  Growing up, I played football, basketball and baseball. I played on good teams and bad ones. The only thing consistent was my appetite to win. When my team didn't win I did everything I could do to get better to help the team win next time.

I always learned two things from not winning:

1. Always give your best, even in defeat.

2. Failure builds character.

I have always been a believer in the 'work hard, play hard' strategy. I believe this is SO relatable with sports. It takes hard work to be the best. Don't believe me? Checkout one of my previous blogs:
